The system captures customer material inward, quality problems, manufacturing stages, work-in-progress visibility, time tracking, outward dispatches, invoicing, store management, and payment status.

This gives both management and operations teams a more reliable view of what has been received, what is under production, what is pending, what has been dispatched, and what still needs to be billed or collected. Quality issues can be recorded against the relevant material or job, while WIP visibility helps teams identify delays before they affect dispatch commitments.
