Solutyics (Pvt.) Ltd. collects information you choose to share through contact forms, email, telephone, WhatsApp, and business conversations. This may include your name, email address, company, project context, service interest, and contact details.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, understand project fit, prepare proposals, schedule conversations, provide services, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.
Forms and service providers
Contact and careers forms are submitted to same-origin Solutyics endpoints. Our website hosting and mail-delivery infrastructure process the information so it can reach the appropriate Solutyics mailbox. The form layer also processes limited technical data, such as submission time and network address, for validation, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare processes technical information required to verify that a submission is not automated. Social platforms, hosting providers, and communication services may process limited technical or contact data under their own terms.
Sensitive data
Do not submit passwords, secret keys, production credentials, regulated data, or highly sensitive client records through the public contact form. If a project requires sensitive access, we will agree a safer handling method first.
Retention and requests
We retain enquiry and project communication records for business, legal, and operational purposes. You can request correction or deletion of your contact information by emailing [email protected].
This policy describes the public website and early commercial conversations. Project-specific handling, confidentiality, and access controls should be agreed in the relevant engagement documents.
